service process

A clear process from the first request through the final walk-around.

Every aircraft, airport and service request is different. Our process establishes what is needed before work begins, performs the authorized service carefully and verifies completion before the job is closed.

STEP 01: SERVICE REQUEST

Tell us about your aircraft and the service you need.

Start with the information we need to evaluate the job:

  • Aircraft make and model
  • Tail number
  • Airport or FBO location
  • Requested service
  • Current condition
  • Preferred service date
  • Aircraft photos, if you have them
02
STEP 02: SERVICE AND ACCESS REVIEW

We review the aircraft, location and scope before confirming service.

We confirm the location allows third-party cleaning companies and what it requires. That can include access conditions, approved work areas and scheduling considerations. We then send the proposed scope, availability and pricing.

Nothing begins until the scope is understood and approved.

03
STEP 03: PRE-SERVICE INSPECTION

We document visible condition before detailing begins.

Before the first surface is cleaned, a visual walk-around establishes the aircraft's starting condition. Where appropriate, we photograph visible areas and note existing conditions.

Know the aircraft. Know its condition. Know the authorized scope.

04
STEP 04: AIRCRAFT PREPARATION

We prepare the work area before we begin caring for the aircraft.

The work area, equipment, materials and products are organized for the authorized scope. We emphasize awareness around sensitive areas, controlled equipment placement, appropriate product selection, tool accountability and FOD prevention.

05
STEP 05: AIRCRAFT-FOCUSED CARE

We perform the authorized service and only the authorized service.

Work follows the agreed scope using appropriate aircraft-care procedures and products, along with the rules of the airport, FBO or operator where the aircraft is parked.

06
STEP 06: FINAL INSPECTION

Tools, towels, chemicals, waste and FOD are all accounted for.

The service isn't complete simply because the cleaning stops. We account for tools and materials, then complete a final visual inspection of the work.

07
STEP 07: COMPLETION AND WALK-AROUND

You know what was requested, what was performed and how it finished.

We document completion and review the aircraft with the customer or an authorized representative when appropriate. This is what lets you fly ramp-ready.

Every aircraft is different. Your quote should be too.

Pricing is based on the aircraft, requested service, condition, location, access requirements and expected labor. Tell us where it's parked and we'll take it from there.
