Three things we confirm for every location

01

Vendors are allowed

Rules vary by location. Public airports may publish commercial-operator standards, while FBOs and private hangars can set their own. We start by confirming outside vendors can work there.

02

Requirements are clear

That can include insurance documents, a vendor agreement, badging or escorts, fees, approved work areas and wash or waste rules. We work through these before a date is confirmed.

03

The job is authorized

You approve the scope, availability and price. The person requesting service must also be authorized to give us access to the aircraft. Nothing begins before then.

Where does AI57 Aero provide service?
Anywhere in the United States where the airport, FBO or hangar allows third-party cleaning companies. That covers all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We confirm each location before scheduling.
What does "allows third-party cleaning companies" mean?
Some locations let outside vendors work on their ramp or in their hangars, often with conditions such as insurance, a vendor agreement, badging or approved work areas. Others keep aircraft cleaning in-house. We work only where the location permits it.
How do I find out whether my airport allows it?
Ask your FBO, hangar operator or airport manager. Use the airport check on our Coverage page to get a note you can send them, or request a quote and we will look into it with you.
What if my location does not allow outside vendors?
You can ask the location to approve an exception, or have the aircraft serviced at a nearby field that does allow outside vendors. We will not work around a location's rules.
How does location affect pricing?
Pricing is based on the aircraft, requested service, condition, location, access requirements and expected labor. You will see the scope and price before you authorize any work.
Do you perform maintenance?
No. Our service is aircraft appearance care. We do not perform aircraft maintenance, repair, towing or flight operations.
Can you take care of a fleet at more than one base?
Yes, where each base permits outside vendors. Ask about recurring plans and fleet or flight-department agreements.

Every aircraft is different. Your quote should be too.

Pricing is based on the aircraft, requested service, condition, location, access requirements and expected labor. Tell us where it's parked and we'll take it from there.
