about

We are building a better standard for professional aircraft care.

Document. Protect. Verify. Those three principles define the approach behind AI57 Aero, at every airport we work.

our approach

The standard starts before the detail

Professional aircraft appearance care begins before the first surface is cleaned and continues through the final walk-around.

DOCUMENT

Know the aircraft and establish its condition. Before service begins, we identify the aircraft, requested scope, location and visible condition.

PROTECT

Use aircraft-focused care throughout. Aircraft-sensitive products and procedures, controlled equipment and materials, FOD awareness and care around sensitive areas.

VERIFY

Inspect the work before the aircraft is returned. Tool and material accountability, a final visual inspection, completion documentation and a walk-around when appropriate.

why we built ai57 aero

Details matter here.

Aircraft are valuable, complex assets operating in an environment where details matter. Yet appearance care can be approached like conventional automotive detailing, without enough consideration for aircraft materials, sensitive areas, ramp procedures, documentation or accountability.

AI57 Aero was created to take a more deliberate approach: not simply to make an aircraft look better, but to establish a professional process for how that care is delivered.

our mission

To provide professional aircraft appearance care through disciplined procedures, documented service, careful attention to aircraft-sensitive surfaces, and accountability from initial inspection through final walk-around.

our vision

To be a trusted aircraft appearance partner for owners, operators, FBOs and flight departments across the United States, at every location that welcomes third-party cleaning companies.

what matters to us

Professionalism you can see. Discipline you may never notice.

Aircraft-focused care

The aircraft, not a generic detailing checklist, determines how the service should be approached.

Clear communication

Scope, expectations, scheduling and access requirements should be understood before they become problems.

Controlled work environment

Tools, towels, chemicals, equipment, waste and FOD require deliberate management around aircraft.

Respect for the ramp

Our work takes place in an active aviation environment and must respect airport, FBO, operator and aircraft requirements.

Consistency

The objective isn't one impressive detail. It's a repeatable standard customers can depend on, wherever the aircraft is parked.

Accountability

We should be able to document what was requested, what was performed and how the job was completed.

where we're headed

Built in Arkansas. Ready to travel.

AI57 Aero started in Arkansas with a focused objective: develop a dependable standard for professional aircraft appearance care. Now we bring that same standard to aircraft across the country, wherever the location allows third-party cleaning companies.

Wherever we go, the principles remain the same: Document. Protect. Verify.

Every aircraft is different. Your quote should be too.

Pricing is based on the aircraft, requested service, condition, location, access requirements and expected labor. Tell us where it's parked and we'll take it from there.
